Bryce Tingle

Bryce C. Tingle, LL.B, LL.M, is a co-founder of Tingle Merrett LLP. From 1994 to 2006, Mr. Tingle was a lawyer and partner of TingleMerrett LLP, focused on securities and corporate finance for growth companies. He has held adjunct teaching positions with the law faculties of the University of Alberta (2000 to 2006), Brigham Young University (2009) and the University of Calgary (2005 to the present). He is the author of several academic publications, most recently, Start Up and Growth Companies, A Guide to Legal and Business Practice (Lexis Nexis Butterworths (2005).

He is a Member of the Securities Advisory Committee (SAC) of the Alberta Securities Commission and a past Chair of the Business Law (Alberta) subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.

Mr. Tingle has a Masters of Law from Duke University Law School, a Masters of Law (E-business) from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta School of Law. Bryce has served on various public and private corporate and charitable boards. He is currently the founder of several companies active in the technology and financial sectors. Bryce is married to an author and has four children.
