In fact, the TingleMerrett litigation group has recently acquired new talent to meet the ever-growing demand. The litigation group has welcomed Heather Richardson Nicol and Ngozi Aghanya, and now, the larger team is open to representing new clients who are interested in working alongside some of Calgary’s top litigators.

Heather Richardson Nicol is a civil and commercial litigator who works to resolve her clients’ disputes in cost-efficient and effective ways. Heather’s impressive experience includes representing a large natural gas company in a $35 million dispute and representing a First Nation in a dispute with the Government of Canada.
Ngozi Aghanya is a student-at-law. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003, and in the years following, gained a range of experience working in corporate and commercial law for one of Nigeria’s top law firms.
